after trying Aspen (for unknown fears) which was also great, I was curious to try Mimulus for known fears. the improvement was within a few days. certain things / situations i fear, and previously try all kind of reasons to avoid, I noticed that I felt stronger and more capable of dealing with. so far this is also helping productivity and confidence that I can do the things I fear. hopefully this will result in a permanent reduction of the fear. Excellent remedy and one of Dr Bach's original "12 healers".

This’s the 2nd flower remedy I tried. The 1st is Vervain, which taste sweet. So I’m surprised that Mimilus has such strong alcohol taste. But I like that it’s one of the rarer ones in bigger tincture
