Perfect texture, and I can use this product even when my skin is at its most sensitive. It’s much better than that famous La Roche-Posay cream or any other French brand — not only in performance but also way more affordable. I truly loved it, even as an eye cream. If your skin often reacts to skincare products, I highly recommend this — it really saved my skin. By the way, you can also use it on minor cuts to help them heal faster.

This product is a holy grail and it has multi purposes and a lot of benefits to it I use it whenever I feel that my heels are cracked my skin barrier is not doing well or as a general moisturizer I loved adding it to my routine to support my barrier in my skin care routine and I loved the packaging

I love this, very happy that I found this moisturizers. Usually all the balms feel heavy on my face, and I start feeling an itch and irritation, and I end up not using them. BUT this one is so good, especially for the winter. I use it on my neck and face as the moisturizer step and my skin is glowing. Love it.

I’ve been using this brand for years as it’s both alcohol and fragrance free. This one is great to apply at the end of your regime, locking all the goodness in. It doesn’t feel heavy and absorbs nicely!

this is great if your skin is irritated from tret or to sandwhich on top of it to keep it from drying out. helps soothe irritations and breakouts and very similar to la roche posay cicaplast baume. doesn't break me out even though it has a heavier texture. doesnt make acne heal faster but helps the flaky part of the healing process and take some of the redness out

i've been trying a bunch of cica products recently to calm my skin down because i have rosacea and this does a great job! doesn't smell weird and doesn't feel too heavy

scent free. best moisturizer i ever used. already went through 3 tubes, it mousturizes your skin without it feeling sticky or oily. and the size is perfect to fit in a make-up bag to carry it while going out!

I love everything about this product. It's hard to find products without niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. This balm is simple and effective. Love the calming ingredients. I have acne- prone sensitive skin that veers on the oily side, so I especially love that although this feel rich and smooth it is not heavy and greasy and really absorbs well. I have been using it solely on my face but today I small scratch on my neck and rubbed on it and was surprised that within hours I could see improvements and the swelling and redness were reduced. Almost finished with my first tube, but I will reorder as I can see this being a staple that I will keep on hand.

B5 and cica ?😍I was happy to buy it. It was for my mom for calming and restoring her barrier post inflammation. For some reason she did not fall in love with it.

This balm has been amazing for my skin during the winter months. It is very moisturizing, though I find it a bit too heavy for use in the summer. It works perfectly for slugging when I feel that petrolatum-based products are too thick or greasy. It feels soothing on the skin.
