A very strange chelate, considering that glycinate is not the best chelator for zinc by itself... unlike, for example, for magnesium. There are big doubts that it works better than classic picolinate. The marketing ploy with arginate is good, but what prevents you from washing down zinc with water, to which you can add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar? Expensive and questionable.

Zinc arginate is much rarer, although it’s a downside that the label doesn’t state the ratio between the two. Arginate is zinc bound to arginine, while glycinate is bound to glycine. In practice, that can mean slightly different digestion/uptake and potentially a different “feel” for some users arginine-linked forms are sometimes viewed as a bit more “active” or performance-adjacent, whereas glycinate is often chosen for tolerance.
