I have had translucent front teeth for years. Nothing works better for remineralizing my tooth enamel than taking vitamin K2, you see results after 6 months. For this brand, MK-4 is made from chickpea and MK-7 from Natto.

Great supplement. D3+K2 is a power combo at making sure calcium is deposited on the bones and not the arteries. That + Magnesium as well. MK-7 is awesome, but it can create heart palpitations in some. I read this might be due to low Magnesium, and that supplementing with Magnesium makes the problem go away. Always educate yourself and do your research before taking any kind of supplement.

love the inclusion of both forms of K2. each of them have their own unique benefits, and combined, allows for a greater benefit on bone, and immune health. you don’t see mk-4 being used in supplements often, so it’s nice to see it here due to its beneficial effects that mk-7 may not be able replicate. the only thing i could see improving this would be the inclusion of vitamin d, that way you don’t have to take a seperate supplement to get both vitamins, which are synergistic.

bought this mainly because it contains both MK-7 and MK-4, as most K2 supplements I looked at only contained MK-7. Easy to take, all good so far, and I like having both forms in a single supplement.

I bought this supplement specifically because I wanted one with no coconut oil and this is the only one I found with the greatest cleanest ingredients with olive oil I will be buying it
