Good price for vegan Vitamin D. I have yeast allergy but this one even though made from lichen, it doesn't give me any bad reactions. 5,000IU per dosage is convenient. It comes in a very small and easy-to-swallow size. I love love that it's a tiny soft gel pill, especially if taking 10,000IU or more. I hope all other supplements consider this as part of their priority as well as their quality or ingredient.

The first time I tried this brand was with D3 vit only, and is the best for its high quality ingredient I had taken, perfect absorption, dosage and size, no taste. I live in an island in the Caribbean so I have as much sun as I could have, still I can feel the effect of when I run out of it. I wish I could find the 360 count package with +K2 too

I purchased this item for my daughter who suffers from acne. Since taking it, along with vegan Vitamin B-12, her skin has been much healthier looking, her face has far less breakouts, and her skin has a healthy glow. I highly recommend this product, as we all need more Vitamin D exposure.
