B-Complex, Plant-Based, 60 Veggie Softgels

I use D3k2 from SR and it helped me alot. I ordered this SR B complex for the right bioactive ingredient. it offers a balanced potency and dosage for me as I have high dose stand alone b12 and b9 and b1 at home. I have tried twice this brand and it gives me stomachache and diarrhea I'm not sure is it the oil itself combine with SR D3K2 cause me loose stool. I also suggest to remove the mint smell. for now I'll stick to SR vitamin D. this product is quality, it's just me too sensitive I guess. I have b12 deficiency and today 1 dose with b12 injection I have wake up symptoms. so I think the absorption is good. pls try.

As soon as you open the bottle, you smell a minty smell. This item works well, and I love that it doesn't contain unnecessary ingredients.

This appears to be a quality supplement. After some time, I’ve mainly noticed a big difference in the quality of my sleep. The ingredients would be perfect…if the veggie softgel was replaced with a gelatin softgel and if the coconut oil was replaced with extra virgin olive oil. The ratios and amounts of b vitamins are excellent, especially B12. Lastly I like the size of the bottle and soft gels.

A great quality product, like most of the the Sports Research industry. A very potent b complex supplement, without artificial, flow agents and other bad ingredients that usually found in most the supplements. The dosage per capsule offer a very big amount of all the b complex vitamins. Prefer consume it with a main meal for better absorption.

Nice packaging, good quality. So far the bast brand for b-complex I purchased. Only thing I would have loved is a higher dosage option so I can take only one capsule instead of two.

Not sure if it is me or what but i actually feel tired after taking the softgels. I read reviews online and it seems like the body needs to get use to it so we shall see. but the size of the softgel is good and easy to ingest.
