the quality is excellent, simple ingredients, the size of softgel is not big easy to digest, the dosage is sufficient amount, vitamin d3 is essential for immunity either from supplementing or from the mother nature sun, the package received early, the absoroption seems good from this supplement, beaware of vitamin d3 deficiency
