Good as a protein supplement but does not seem to have any added collagen building effect. The coconut milk taste was a little strong. I did not like the taste of the sweetener and would have preferred without it.

I drink it in the morning after a workout. A constant in the morning routine. Oh, I will add, I noticed hardened nails and having to shave a little more frequently.
