Effective for me when I've over-indulged or had an environmental exposure. This products formulatiin seems to give me faster relief- I'm not sure why- maybe due to the freeze-dried process or quality of ingredients?
Milk thistle seed might protect liver cells from toxic chemicals and drugs. It also seems to have blood sugar-lowering, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects.
I bought it because of free-dry formula known to be most effective. I haven't done any blood tests yet and cannot say about its efficiency . But believe it works. The only thing that puzzles me is dosage . For liver support, a common daily dosage of silybum marianum (milk thistle) is 420-600 mg. I wonder why the daily dose on the package is 2400 mg.

I have NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) but this can be reversed if I take a few steps, including taking supplements to detox my liver. This is one of those supplements that helps. I like that this product is of the purest form you can find, has no other fillers or additives!
Eclectic is the best milk thistle I've tried. It helped lower my liver levels and I feel better when I am taking it. I don't take the full recommended dose, just 2 caps per day.
I love this brand since they don’t use fillers. I can open the capsule and put in my smoothies. I use milks thistle with other herbs to help lower histamine and with liver health

Been using these and they seem like great quality but I can't honestly tell for sure any real changes. But I take them to help detox pathways with my gene mutations and support bile.
Works well but not strong enough for liver detox for MTHFR. Really like this company but needed a blend for liver detox that was stronger.
