I used to use other brands but decided try this from dr mercola- unfortunately I feel it’s not as good as I expected. The other brands you can feel the impact on the body from the first or second use. This not so much.
it actually comes with a plastic scoop so you just have to take 1 leveled scoop and that is already 1 serving which is 5 grams. i take this as part of healthy diet and as supplement mixed in my black coffee. high quality ingredient that dissolves easily without any trace of remnants. no taste at all. size is good for 100 days.

The taste is neutral and dissolves well in the water
Taking this for overall health and to support strength and weight training. I’ve tried several products, all from reputable brands but this one works. I had issues with the last two- one didn’t dissolve well and was powdery/gritty in the mouth, and another brand (Garden of Life) tastes great but had a probiotic that didn’t agree with my gut.

This creatine powder is great. I can mixed with my protein shake, or just with water. taste okay. Ingredient good, good size, good package, Recommended for yoga, pilates,gym and sports.
