Cant really pinpoint exact benefit.. Before this i was bloated on water or salad as well Gluten n dairy intolerance.. post this i feel my bowel movement r smoother n regular and alot (built up)

I purchased this tea to help with residual swelling. I like that as an herbal tea it isnt bitter. So i can get away with not adding lemon. The taste reminds me of fennel? Nontheless based on the ingredients it seems promising. I used 12oz of water with my tea bag.
