This dietary supplement is for thyroid. I take 2 capsules daily for maintenance. I don't know if it helps because I haven't gone back to the doctor as yet to do a check-up. Dosage is appropriate and taste is not bad. It is in capsules so I don't taste anything bad. It has a slight herbal scent which is expected. Good quality ingredients.
