I bought this product at an extremely good price - two packs for the price of one! Extremely high quality, like all Super Nutrition brand products! I like that the cordyceps is an extract, i.e. in high concentration, and that it is from the fruiting body, not from the mycelium! The two packs are enough for 4 months! It has added ginger, which has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. I bought it for my son, as it is known that cordyceps improves the absorption of oxygen by cells, which improves physical activity and increases endurance and energy throughout the day!

The ingredients include shiitake mushrooms, which are beneficial for reducing oxidative stress, and are a favorite mushroom of Chinese Cordyceps.

It provides 500mg of organic Cordyceps mushroom extract and 50mg of organic ginger extract. Taking this highly effective herbal supplement daily helps maintain a healthy immune system. Long-term use would likely be necessary.

After taking this product for a while, there has been no difference so far, let's see if there will be any significant improvement later
