Thick consistency, rich sweet taste with a salty tang to it. Dissolves easily in shakes and gives it a great smooth taste, however the taste might feel overwhelming over time. Quality ingredients.
Not sure why the package is so much bigger than the actual contents, it's a bit unexpected. Taste is very fruity.

The berry flavour is really hard to drink on its own, the taste is not good. Hydration is good tho!
I got it for my mom but theres better options out there to be honest. But its still jot bad for any age. The taste too isnt that bad but for the price i would say theres better for better prices.

I started taking this collagen for gut repair and health, about 1 1/2 months ago. I have noticed major improvements in my skin and nail health, as well. I love taking it after doing Pilates for a lil protein boost, too! Love.
It’s very effective and thanks to the added salt it really makes a difference in your hydration, but the taste is kind of weird. Maybe I should try the lemon&lime one. If you can get over the taste it’s a great supplement!
