Wow! Fantastic product and good quality! I mixed one scoop with water, and within about 40 minutes my ketone levels increased from 1.0 to 2.8. The taste is slightly bitter, but not bad at all and easy to drink. I would definitely recommend this product for boosting ketone levels effectively.

When i wake up at night with hunger pangs, i drink half a spoon of this dissolved in water, go back to bed and immediately a warm energy radiates through all of my cells and i can fall back asleep like a baby❤️.

Wow, just wow. I’ve been eating ketogenic diet (<20g carbs) going on a year now. Subset of that, eating carnivore 6 months. I thought I’d experiment with exogenous ketones and this was recommended by a friend. My idea of “workout fasted” is shoveling the 80 foot long driveway. Usually just a cup of coffee, but I tried a scoop of this in a tall glass of water and used my tiny milk frother to mix it. The BHB salts don’t like to mix in water, a spoon won’t cut it. I felt a surge of energy while shoveling, my brain became super clear and sharp. I was like, this is too good to be true. Hope I don’t build a tolerance, love this feeling! 1 scoop is 15g so I found a smaller scoop and tried 5g. It was OK, my philosophy is “take the smallest effective dose” so somewhere between 5-15g is what I use. This stuff is expensive so I don’t take it every day but when I do I enjoy the energy.

I bought these BHB salts because of the different salts and minerals they contained. Also the price was very affordable for what you get. I read about all the health benefits they may bring, so I thought I would try. I started with the full dose but it caused stomach aches for several hoours. On the 3rd day, I cut it down to half a scoop and it helped. I am gradually building up the dosage again but even 3 teaspoons causes lots of gurgling. My husband was unable to take them at all as they caused him hours of diarrhea.

I fell out of ketosis 2 months ago on a business trip and didn't manage to get back. After drinking this once i was already back in the saddle. On my 2nd day my appetite dropped by a 1/3. I was truly surprised by the result. One caveat though is the extreme bitter taste of the product, not for the faint hearted. The ingredients look great, packaging is fine, quality seems really high. It mixes well in water, but if you accidentally spill a bit, it's like flour and goes everywhere.

The more ketones in my system, the better I feel. BHBs can be added to water and don't have the calories of MCT oil. Ketones have been shown to be anti-aging, help with athletic performance, aid in neurological issues like epilepsy and mental health, and more. Its awesome that I can buy these from Spain. Taste is pretty neutral.

This taste from the bhb salts is so bad, but it was works. It's weird, but it does work. if you can manage not puking it back up whilst you exercise, then you'll be able to get through it. Personally I would just pick up a C8 coconut powder to get the ketones rolling.

I wanted to try BHB salts for a long time but have experienced diarrhea, will have to adjust the dose so I can take it without complications

Taste isn't the best just dissolved in water so I'm gonna get a flavoured one next time. Other than that greay product to get some ketones. Obviously not as effective as keto esthers
