good to have on hand for me or my cat! i do add a little bit to my cats food as a supplement. its flavourless formular is almost none detectable which make it easy to take with anything. My cats don't mind it at all as well. Highly recommend.

I use it to stop cold sores and does that job wonderfully with just 2 grams daily. My only complain is that it flakes and lumps together easily while stored, which could be solved with a humidity absorption punch or silica bag, it comes with a big one but doesn't seem to be enough.
