tastes sweet. overall isn't hard to dissolve apart from little clumps which dissolve only after intense mixing. at first i thought it improved my skin but then i think the effect wore off. i find astaxantin and hyaluronic acid more potent if you seek for something for your skin. otherwise it's a good product, give it a try.

Ive been taking this for a few years. Sometimes the cover under the lid is not glued to the bottle. A few times there was no plastic protection around the lid. I brought it to the attention at vitacost at least 3 times before they fixed the problem. The last 3 times I purchased it it was safe to take. I didnt trust it before they had this problem with the lid. I will purchase it again as long as this problem is corrected.
