It depends on what you use it for. I use it for sleep purposes / benefit and then it might be better to take L-Ornithine separately at night, as L-Arginine gives you more of a push. But if you use it for concentration, fitness or alertness, taking it together might be good.

I am taking so many suplements,so I cannot tell separetely which is the best. but I feel very good
