This is a great liver support. Contains also a lot of minerals! I recommend dandelion extract root. Works fantastic! I take it every day with my meal. Helps also with digestion.
I'm taking 1 capsule at different times of day three times daily for a particular purpose based upon online research I've done. I consume the contents direct out of the "plastic" capsule, which I then toss. Flavor is mild and easily tolerated the way I take it. I hope its potency for its particular task is as expected.
