Vitamin D3 & K2, 60 Capsules

I like this because it is vegan and kosher and the price is fairly competitive with others that provide provide the same same dosage. I was looking for 5000 D3 with K2. I know it’s absorbing because my doctor told me I have too much D3 and I have to take less. But my Naturopath said I can keep with it because my levels are fine so obviously it depends who you ask. The correct dosage for the K2. I have not found to be well documented. This is MK-7 which doesn’t seem to have any documented studies, backing it up, but the MK-4 is hard to find and doesn’t seem to be available in the recommended dosage used in the Japanese study done with osteoporosis patients, which is what I am taking it for. there is a lot of conflicting information out there about which form is better and virtually no information on what the correct dose would be for MK-7.

I found what I was looking for with this D3 with K2. I feel confident that I am getting a powerful supplement to help support my bone health and heart health as I age. I really like how small the capsules are which makes them easy to swallow. There is no bad smell or after taste. This will be a long term supplement for me.

Great deal, perfect dosage and size. Together with vitamin K2, although it's said that magnesium is also necessary for better absorption. The small capsules I really like, as the larger one could be difficult to swallow. Good price and I hope it's really fully vegan.
