Excellent source of collagen which I take every morning. I add a scoop of Vit C as unfortunately it doesn't have this added, which is why I rate this 4 stars and not 5. it doesn't have that awful smell that some collagen supplements have, and it is marine collagen which I prefer over the bovine types.

I don't know if this is a coincidence, bus as i've started to use this collagen powder, my knee pain got a little bit better. I have a torn meniscus and i don't expect a supplement to heal it, but it sure can help our tissues heal better and quicker and it also helps our skin health, cause as we age, our collagen starts to deplete in our body, so to help our body we can supplement with it. The powder dissolves in the warm water quickly and has no bad taste (i feared that i will not like the taste, but it tastes like almost nothing).

I take a scoop of this collagen before I exercise every day. The taste of this collagen is not very strong, so I will add half a glass of Florida's natural fruit juice to make it taste better. Even though collagen is meant for maintenance of my skin, it does help to provide me with the energy for the work out.

I have no idea if this stuff is doing anything for me, but it's completely tasteless and odorless. It dissolves completely in my smoothies. And I have not had any stomach issues since I started taking it. So as far as I can tell, it's an easy way to take a collagen supplement. It was a good price, too (I bought it on sale; can't remember the list price).

I like its clean ingredients. Taste can be lost if mixed with any juice. I feel it’s good quality. But need to take continuously to see noticeable changes.
