I am a begginer at working out and my trainer recomended to take this supplement to build muscle and have motr energy. I am determined to build booty and legs so really hope it helps. I have been super consistent training 5 days per week so I think I can see results soon enough. I am new to this brand hopefully I have a good update when I finish the bottle but I can say the amount per dosis is quite high and the price is good. I have to take only 3 per day which is easy and I can be consistent with this
