This is a great product to help with gut irregularities. It's also used by my son before and after a hard workout. Mix in a Shaker cup.

I was hoping to like this because of the glutamine but it's like I'm not taking anything compared to my last aminos.

started including bcaas as part of my fitness/workout routine. it's been very helpful with muscle recovery. it's made out of quality ingredients and has no taste, so it is very easy to include them in the diet.

It in theory is a good complex, but is a bit bitter, I don't know if it is always like this, but I didn't like it much, I bought to drink it with other flavors and juices, mixtures and etc. Has a neutral, I expected it don't have interference, but it did, so next time I gonna buy it with flavor instead. It has a good absorption in the water.

nice. taste a little bit weird. but in a good way. took it with whey. I mean it was drinkable.

It mixes in easily with water or a shake, and the unflavored option makes it flexible to combine with other supplements without clashing. I mainly use it for recovery and muscle support, and it feels like a solid, straightforward product. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done at a fair price — which is sometimes exactly what you need.
