The capsule form is so convenient and creatine HCL sits better in my stomach then monohydrate
Seems that this form of creatine is the best suited for me so I have been taking it consistently for a few months and happy with the results.
Creatine for those who don't like "bloating" I decided to try the hydrochloride (HCL), because it requires much lower dosages compared to monohydrate and dissolves better. The main bonus for me is that it practically does not retain water under the skin, so the muscles look hard, not swollen. Capsules are very convenient to take with you to the gym, you don't need to bother with powders.
