I bought this supplement to increase my B levels and thought because Vitamin Shoppe is a big brand I would have no problems. I noticed I started to feel a bit off like a certain brain fog would appear whenever I took those pills. I would force myself sometimes even if the pill is very badly design because is very big and difficult to swallow. And look I got no problem swallowing pills, I do all my supplements at once so for me to complain about the size of a pill the struggle is real. That was the first red flag. Second red flag: my urine started to smell very very bad and it turned strong yellow and I track my pee color right so not ideal. It didn’t matter the amount of water I drank the yellow stinky urine was there. And then it turns out I got intoxicated due to the unnecessary high levels of B6 in those pills. Why on earth would a company put so much B6 in a pill when it can cause neurological diseases ? Thank God I did blood test and discovered the toxicity on time; my doctor said I should stop taking B vitamins immediately. Be careful with high dosages of some B Vitamins because you may think you are treating your body when in fact you are poisoning yourself. I don’t recommend taking this.
