I used to buy smaller package but it seems it doesn't exist anymore. I am taking these on and off.

The quality is great. The size is also very nice for the price. The product is very gentle, good for moisturizing and sensitive skin. The composition is great, I use it frequently and get great benefits. It is for all ages. I like this mixed Vit E formula and cycle this at 100iu dose (open capsule with a pin) every 2nd night before bed cycled with 150mg Tocotrienols alternating days. Both times, hours away from Vitamin K2 (mk4) and every night with Honokiol and a little coconut cream. Used for Lipid oxidation protection from Omega6 or stress etc... I eat a very low Omega6 diet but do enjoy NZ smoked fish roe weekly at about 200gms and 5 NZ mussels daily so want max lipid protection from Vit E for all PUFA's.

i just started using it for hormonal balance and dry skin...will update as times go. when i opened the pack it had a strong smell. updating after a month of use- it did make me have more tender breasts and bleeding gums, so i stopped taking it. probably i got the wrong dosage as a part of my hormon balancing protocol, and i cannot cut into half as you can do it with tablets. so maybe it is better to take a lower dosages even if you have 400iu prescribed as you could then adjust taking one instead of two softgel capsules.
