I realised the importance of Vit K2 when I stopped Prolia and just took D3 and K2 in the last couple of years. Hardly took calcium. Yet my osteoporosis clinic dr told me my osteoporosis had now become osteopenia, which is great news. I shall co to use taking K2 and hope my bones will further improve.

If you are taking vitamin D3 it is essential to be taking K2 along with it with the right proportions. It is very hard to find a k2 that is over 100 the standard D3 along with K2 does not give you the requisite amounts. This is one of the few supplements that will give you a decent dosage in one pill.
