B-Complex 50, 100 Vegetable Capsules

I was specifically looking for a B Complex that has 100mg of B1 as I used to take one in the jungle in Maui that totally helped to repel mosquito bites. I researched and it’s supposed to help repel ticks also. I’ve only been taking it a week and it can take a month to kick in but so far this tick season I’ve caught a few on my hand but no bites so far. Research it yourself. It’s helping my energy levels too and I’m sleeping better.

Quality is good ingredients taste and size package is durable great snack but not really tasty don't think its that beneficial serving the needs

This is strong vitamin B that you will taste. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I think I notice brain function and energy level increase, however.

I like the scent and texture of this body wash.. shea moisturiser’s quality is nice and good ingredients with good size, some people maybe won’t like it because it is light, means not fixing anything if you have acne or more pimples.. but safe for different ages

I have been using B complex last year. It has great ingredients, its quality is great. It has folic acid, helps our energy and the effect is good. The package comes from iHerb well closed and the delivery is so fast. I highly recommend this product. Its taste is normal.
