I adore the finished product. The flavour is fantastic (I put it in yoghurt), and the benefits are invigorating and help me feel better. As a precaution, I've taken this in larger dosages than a tablespoon and do not recommend it. At that dose, I experience a strange, out-of-body sensation. It's like if I ate a magical mushroom but never got off the ground. I prefer to take 1 tsp, which seems to work well for me.

honestly I just had been taking it for only a week so I can't really talk about the effects that need more time to manifest, but the taste of this product boy o boy, I don't know why (clearly not the lion's mane or the cordycepts, I take them additionally and they are not so tasty) this thing is delicious! I have been using this product for over 2 years and it's hard to say what it has done for me. Because I think it works in a very subtle way. Similar to green tea. Where you have to make it apart of your routine long-term to see the benefits. I used to take them in capsule form and now I mix it in my morning smoothie drink. There has never been a question about it's quality up to this point. I prefer this over drink mixes that have "mushrooms" but other filler ingredients. Over time, the cost add up and it's questionable if you are really getting your mushrooms at all.
