I have had trouble with gastric upset with flaxseed caps in the past, but I really noticed benefit in mood from it. I am filling my own capsules with this so I can control the amount.

an excellent supplement for my GI tract and healing constipation. this brand is better than the flax seed oil I bought from my local store and this tastes smoother and easier to consume. the ligands do settle at the bottom of the bottom but a good 10 sec shake will dislodge them and mix them around.

The oil is perfect and high quality in my opinion. I like the fact that it comes in a glass bottle. It was very well packed. The only reason I deduced two starts is because it lasts only about 14 days. Not affordable at all. I didn’t notice I was ordering a small bottle.
