These mushroom gummies have several kinds of mushrooms in them, to increase the benefits. I trust the Om brand, I have used some of their other products. The size is big, but they are easy to chew. Some gummies have a horrible taste, but these aren't too bad.

Good quality and ingredients but I don’t know where is the issue I used the full size but no effects at all I didn’t feel I got good benefits out of it no effects on sleep at all not also on stress or mood but it taste good tho , but I would not buy again
