I take it because it helps me sleep better. The packaging is great. The taste is horrible if you scoop the powder directly into your mouth (don't do that!) but the ingredient is basically tasteless when dissolved in water/tea. Great size and good quality! absolute staple for smoothing out high stim pre-workouts. raw powder form is way more cost effective then caps since i calibrate doses anywhere from 200mg to 400mg depending on how much anhydrous caffeine/yohimbine is in my session stack. dissolves prety easily in water, almost no residual bitter taste. eliminates the jitters and vasoconstrictive anxious edge without blunting central nervous system drive or power output. scale out ur grams accurately though, raw bulk powder can be easy to misdose if ur just eyeballing scoops.
