You can use it anytime, day or night. I have spot care from the same brand, and generally, it is of good quality if you have acne.

So far this essence doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. There’s a sight soothing effect when it comes to redness, but I have to use it for longer to see if it really actually helps with redness. It is pretty hydrating and doesn’t have an annoying scent

Super moisturizing and calming, very light texture. Really helps sensitive and acne skin. Very economical size, good pure centella quality and it doesn't have strong scent for me. I use it at night with another products from this brand ( toner) to see the benefits and effectiveness from whole skin line.
