It's really one if the best vitamin E and highly recommended. It keeps me high energetic everyday and another good benefit is.. it helps me away from the stress . Guys, I’ve been taking this antioxidant for a long time. Very beneficial for the skin, very good for overall well-being. I have no complaints. It can be taken on an empty stomach. The capsules are safe. For me, they are a bit large, but I manage. It’s worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
