I took shilajit for several months. Main reason was to get better absorption of minerals and to help getting out of the body heavy metals. I dont know if it works I havent felt any difference. However, I tried the liquid fulvic and humid acids and had impression that I felt more energized and alive through them. This shilajit is one of the better quality products out there.

it was ok. I'm looking for something else because it didn't do anything for me. the quality was ok.the pills size was ok. I think the dosage should've been stronger. The taste was ok.it I didn't benefit from these pills. it could have a stronger ingredient in the pills.
