I bought this because my amino acid levels tested low. I was looking for a relatively clean product with few addititives. I used to use Thorne lemon, but over time, I grew to dislike the taste (it's fine, I'm a bit picky). This product tastes ok, but it's very blue. I don't know why they company feels the need to create such an unnatural looking product when the ingredient list is quite clean.

Rule1 Essential Amino 9 has been a part of my hydration and recovery routine. Most of the time, it's with a dose of creatine. It mixes quite easily water, not too easy on cold water. The flavor is great! Rule1 products are known for clean ingredients too. That means product quality is on point. I just hope they'd make the tub size smaller. It's quite difficult to scoop a dose especially when there's little powder inside.
