Awesome product even for those who are not exercising. It can supplement your coffee for more energy or can substitute coffee if you can't drink it. My recommendations are to consume 2 boxes and do break after.

Why would anyone ever put sucrose and blue dye number one in a health product? This is so disgustingly sweet and has blue dye I was looking forward to this product because of the electrolytes and the trace minerals, but hugely disappointed of the other horrible ingredients. If I want my food to look blue, then I can add my own vegetable dye If I want my products to taste like they have a cup of sugar in them, then I can add that myself. But I don’t want it. It’s a health product. Why would you add chemicals? Chemicals, artificial sweeteners and dyes should not be allowed to be sold on this site. Deeply disappointed in IHERB and Charged Creatine
