Satisfied with the quality of this supplement and it's amazingly economical in liquid form compared to capsules. An excellent tool to combat vit D deficiency. I do blood tests fairly regularly and ever since changing to liquid form of vit D, I maintain sufficient to high levels so one has to make sure to stick to the correct dosage depending on the circumstances. No distinctive taste - easy to just squeeze directly in the mouth or add to water or mix into smoothies. I also believe my immunity has improved as I get ill less, but that might be a combination of factors. The only downside, after prolonged use the dropper might get broken.

easy to take form of vitamin D3. pleasant tasting. too bad they don't do the higher strength one anymore in liquid form though. quality is good.
