I’m usually picky about beef sticks being too salty or oily, but this Italian Style stick hit the mark. The 1.15 oz size is substantial enough for a quick protein fix without being 'too much.' The 'Mild' label is accurate—it’s not spicy, but it is packed with flavor (think hints of garlic, oregano, and fennel). It has a great snap to the casing and a firm, meaty texture. Definitely adding these to my regular snack rotation, so good quality!

These have a very good taste and the size is good since they’re 10 g of protein. I feel like they made my stomach hurt and I’m not sure if the quality control is the best since I did read some stories about them getting recalled. I like the packaging though, and it is a good snack.
