This excellent product is made of organic flaxseed using a cold-pressed technique. It contains omega-3-6-9 essential fatty acids. Its purity & potency are guaranteed. Those important essential fatty acids support good health. The softgel is relatively large but I easily swallow it. I recommend this product.
