Love this fenugreek supplement! I know it's usually for lactation assistance, but I've actually found great benefit in it for my digestive health! Good dosage and size, and tastes just a little sweet! Smells like maple syrup :) High quality ingredients too, I feel so good taking this! What's not to love?
I learned that the ingredient fenugreek helps benefit estrogen production & to keep the hormones balanced. They have a sweet taste going down & the capsules are about average size for herbal supplements. They're also supposed to help with menstrual cramps, but mine are pretty strong & I don't think they do much for me in that regard, but they could help others!

Added strength and test benefits. Not so great size being around 1.5cm long and decently thick. Doesn't taste of much, which is good and I don't smell anything after burping. Good quality and decent price.
