Excellent and high-quality product, but pay attention to the size of the capsule. I accidentally purchased a size 4.5 and it's huge. We can't wait to swallow it. It needs to be broken, but then there are edges that are unpleasant to swallow and may cause damage. It's better to order a small capsule and swallow as needed!!!

Unfortunately the tablets are EXTREMELY HUGE!!!! I almost choked. I also emailed the company asking if I can blend them with my protein shake and they never replied. Definitely not repurchasing.
