I will take 1 star off for the amount of sugar these gummies are coated in! Otherwise, it has a great amount of zinc to help your immune system running strong. What I like about that, is that you can cut them into a small piece (e.g. half or 1/4) for those who aren't an adult and they can still get a good amount of zinc too! Great for budgets and taste isn't bad, though for those sensitive to zinc, make sure to drink/eat after taking them!!

Good quality and my husband likes it. I bought it mainly for him because he doesn't like to swallow pills. It's a little too sweet for me though but not bad overall. Convenient way for those who prefer gummy vitamins and minerals. I appreciate that it's non gmo.
