organic oranges are expensive and not always readily available - this zest can be added to most dishes, makes stews and casseroles extra special, has many uses eg goes beautifully with many soups and salads

so i ordered this before but the size changed and i did not like it. i do still think it's a good quality but the granules were way smaller and got lost in the blend. i don't think i plan to reorder these unless the size changes.
