I recently tried this tea and I have mixed feelings. First, the package is huge,so you definitely get a lot of tea for your money. The packaging is sturdy, keeping the tea fresh. As for the taste, it’s very bitter. If you’re used to milder teas, the bitterness can be quite a shock. It has an earthy, herbal flavor that some might find comforting, but I had to adjust to it. If you’re drinking it for its detoxifying or digestive benefits, the bitterness might be worth it. Adding a bit of honey or lemon helped me with the flavor

I was surprised at the size of the bag of mugwort. So I gave little bags to people who might like this also. I burned it and smelled the smoke to help my dreams be stronger.

I was very surprised to receive a package so big in size, but it was a pleasant surprise. I've been taking a mix of this tea with salbei to improve the taste for almost a week now, and my dreams feel do vivid, I have a better memory about them and my sleep improved greatly.

I understand that mugwort herb is used in many culture to rid people of intestinal parasites. I've put the herb into teabags that I purchased to make a pleasant tasting tea. Works as sun tea, as well.

I have used it for me to soak my feet in the hot tub in the evening. I felt more relaxed and gave me good night sleep afterwards.

You get a large sized bag of this herb; the whole package couldn’t fit in my gallon jar! I’m using this in a tea blend. It’s fluffy and i use it for dreams.
