I use it in my hair mask. Super easy to use, aloe vera get with Fenugreek powder. Put in hair for about 1 hour with shower cap on. Rinse and shampoo. My friends around me all say I have more hair than before. The hair is soft and shing. It has some raw herb honey scent lingering that I don't mind. Quality is amazing. I love the bulk size.

it tastes a bit different from the fenugreek I have. a bit of different smell too. clean ingredients on the package. I believe its of good quality. size is ok for the price. use it in my cooking

Good product, somehow helps to lower my cholesterol level. The powder form is convenient to mix with turmeric powder for a morning drink.
The Ground fenugreek is good quality from frontier co-op. It has multiple uses for diabetes and the size of the bag is decent for the price.
