I have taken creatine for a while, but I had not tried Guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) before. This combo is great - definitely helps with lifting and energy. I noticed that I was much more alert when sleep deprived than usual. My only complaint is the price.
It doesn't say on the packaging that it has this artificial taste; it makes it undrinkable. Tried once and I will throw it in the bin. Not worth it. Also like all other creatine product, it does not dissolve fully, so basically, it's like drinking a disgusting drink with a sandy texture.
This is one of the most bioavailable forms of Creatine, plus high doses of GAA and R-ALA. I noticed positive results immediately.

didn't expect it to taste good. the citrus flavor (yes fake but bearable) makes it a refreshing iced drink i've replaced my morning lemon water with. the important thing with these things is consistency and the taste makes it easy to incorporate into my morning ritual

I like gaa addition to the creatine. Hard to say though if it worked or not since i had to stop due to pregnancy since gas is not studied enough on pregnancy. I will definitely resume afterwards.
This is seriously one of the best creatine products of used. The quality of the product and taste are really, ingredients are top notch. My workouts at the gym and my overall fitness increased significantly.

so far okay , but i thought it would be a jelly form, but it is in powder , taste dur to gaa and rala is abit strong and on the sour side. size and packaging is convenient
