I’ll see if taking this tincture dosage is 5-15 drops prior to meals makes me feel any different. I bought this because I get cold very quick and I want help with my overall blood circulation. The ingredients are all natural and top quality, no added fillers or chemicals. The bottle size is average small, 2 fluid ounces. It tastes just fine.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Christopher's legacy and his product offerings. They're high quality products, with proven ingredients. Although I really need to read up more on his website about how to properly take them. I think this works well, I just would dilute it in water. The bottle lasted me awhile, but mostly because I kept forgetting to take it regularly. I prefer capsules, so I'll probably look into those instead.
