I recently made my mother's beloved Lentil Soup recipe using Arrowhead Mills lentils, and it turned out amazing! The quality and taste exceeded expectations. Arrowhead Mills is perfect for large batches, allowing me to freeze portions for future meals. Their non-GMO, organic lentils provide a nutty flavor and tender texture.
They cook nicely without getting too mushy and have a great texture and flavor. I use them for soups and salads. And once a month I make green lentil patties to store in the freezer. The recipe is simple - raw green lentils soaked overnight, blended with onion and garlic in the blender and then combined with cooked brown rice. Sooo good. And I appreciate they’re suitable for gluten free diet.

This Arrowhead Mills organic green lentils is a good quality, delicious product. It comes nicely packaged in a medium sized 16 oz resealable plastic bag. It tastes great. I like to soak my lentils with some Italian seasoning, garlic and Better than bouillon for about 30 minutes before I start cooking them. I love how quickly it cooks.
I love lentils and these did not disappoint. Package is large size and the lentils were uniform and cooked up nicely. Wonderful taste and a great protein source to add to my diet. I use these in lentil chili and combine with brown rice. Highly recommend!
When it comes to what I eat, lentils are a must-have in my diet. There are so many recipes you can try with lentils. They are also high in protein and fiber that will keep you full and nourish your body. They are easy to cook and taste great. Must have for me.
I have been enjoying Arrowheads products for a while with the organic green lentils being the the newest purchase. The product is great in taste cooking well. I would like if they would come in a carton like the Eden brand. Overall the size and quality of the green lentils are good. I do like that I can purchase them directly on iHerb as sometime my local grocer does not carry them.
