I bought it for my elderly mother, her joints hurt. I read the composition, excellent quality of ingredients. After taking it, my mother began to notice that the pain went away and it became more comfortable for her to move. Only benefits from taking it. I recommend it.
For me this combination of herbs is horrible. I knew goldenseal could cause a fast heart rate. However, I reckoned that the manufacturer keeps track of the amount of this plant. After the first intake, the first capsule, I got such an arrhythmia that I could hardly breathe.
